May 9, 2015 “The Promise of Gezi Park Protests and Similar Others for a Radically Plural Democracy” workshop at the Home for Cooperation in Nicosia.

The Chair of the Center of Research and Communication for Peace, Tuğrul İlter, conducted a workshop on "The Promise of Gezi Park Protests and Similar Others for a Radically Plural Democracy" as the last part of the "Social Movements in Europe & the Middle East: Interpreting the Anti-Austerity and Pro-Democracy Protests" event, which was organized by Resources for Democracy, based in the University of Nicosia, and NGO Support Center, and which took place in the Home for Cooperation located in the buffer zone dividing, or, in this case, joining Nicosia.
